AR-TÉ LLC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content, but does not regularly review posted content. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the Puerto Rico, United States and its Territories. AR-TÉ LLC reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this Site without incurring any obligations. All items purchased from AR-TÉ LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. AR-TÉ LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, despite our best attempts at accuracy. If a product offered by AR-TÉ LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. AR-TÉ LLC cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Returns & Exchanges

AR-TÉ LLC strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience each and every order. Before sending any order and process, AR-TÉ LLC employees are required to check information several times, to avoid mistakes. If items are factory defects, breakage or sent wrongly, please return or exchange any items in new and unused conditions with original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased through any special, promotion, sales, or clearances are final sales, and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In case of return, you can contact us in advance via email to help in the best way possible. Upon returning complete information on the package label with the correct address and return it to our warehouse. Please pack the items carefully to prevent breakage or damage. We are not responsible if you send the items to the wrong address. If item returns are manufacturing defect, or failure, refund / credit agreement between the client and AR-TÉ LLC will take place when the order has been received and processed in our warehouse. If item returns are for our error, or has been send wrong item, we re-send the right product when the order has been received and processed in our warehouse. Otherwise no refunds except as previously mentioned will be accepted. AR-TÉ LLC has a responsibility to communicate with the client to be any change in the order and check that you agree with it or not, the item is to be paid will be refunded / credited.
AR-TÉ LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We strongly recommend having your gift card registered at alouthe.com/giftcard. This will not only entitle you to earn special rewards, but also offer a level of protection should your gift card be compromised. You will have one year to redeem your gift card, otherwise it will be invalid.

You can place an order in alouthe.com. You can also buy our products / items at a store supplier of Alou Thé our main brand, in surrounding areas. See our location map of the nearest Supply stores. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM AST.

Payment Options:

Currently we only accept payments via PayPal/Stripe on alouthe.com. It’s the most simple, safe and affordable way to make payments online without having to rebel confidential financial information to sellers.

Pricing:

We try to make sure every item has the correct pricing. In some circumstances we may have the incorrect price posted, if the correct price is lower we will refund the difference, if the correct price is higher we will contact you before any charges.

Shipping Rates & Policies

Typically, orders placed by 12:00 Atlantic Standard Time (AST) will be shipped the same business day or next days. Please allow 4-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive within the continental U.S. During periods of heavy order volume such as November through December, please note that processing and shipping times may be extended and orders are filled in the order they are received.

For orders with multiple ship-to addresses, a shipping fee will be applied per additional shipping address. It is of utmost importance to us that your orders are shipped promptly and with care.
