Matcha Mie #21 Top Grade is a ceremonial-grade green tea powder from Mie Prefecture in Japan. It is hand-processed using Tencha green tea and stone mills. The tea leaves from first harvest used are shade-grown for 21 days to increase chlorophyll content. These chlorophyll-rich leaves are hand-picked, steamed, dried, and ground 30 grams per hour until obtaining into a fine green powder. It is extremely rich in antioxidants. Our Matcha is ideal for boosting metabolism, enhancing concentration, and reducing stress. Perfect anti-aging tea!
