White teas are the most delicate and least processed of all the varieties of tea. It´s said to be the most sought after for its unrivalled taste and for its high antioxidant content. White tea is an unprocessed tea, it’s harvested and then set to dry. Primarily produced in China, white teas yield a yellowish pale green liquor and the most delicate flavor and aroma with a low caffeine content. The ideal brewing temperature is between 175° F with a recommended infusion time of 3 to 5 minutes.
