Masala Chai is a blend of Assam black tea origin, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. In Indian culture, ‘Masala’ means ‘a blend of spices’, and ‘chai’ means ‘tea.’ So, Masala Chai is literally ‘spiced tea’. Our interpretation tries to stay true to its definition, thanks to a warm and inviting fragrance, spicy notes and invigorating aromatic finish. Grind up for pastry, “chai latte” or more intense spicy flavor.
