PuErh Golden Tip is a (cooked) black tea often aged in caves or specially designed climate-controlled locations, during and after undergoing a “composting” procedure whereby the growth of useful bacteria is encouraged by the introduction of Moisture in the pools of drying tea leaves that are regularly turned and laid out. The result is PuErh’s distinctive flavor and aroma, as well as its high level of antioxidants and probiotics. Pu Erh, given its production process, develops special characteristics that make it an excellent dietary supplement, accelerating liver metabolism. Ideal for those who follow weight loss regimens. In the cup it has an intense reddish color with an earthy flavor on the palate.
